William E. "Bill" Fincher (November 12, 1896 – July 17, 1978) was an American football player and coach. He played college football as an end and tackle at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Fincher also coached college football for one season. In 1921, he led the William & Mary Indians football team to a 4–3–1 record. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame as a player in 1974.
